The carts wheels at this location definitely need filling fixed or something. It was a struggle to use. I am a rewards member and I like that I can put my information in and go straight to my room however this location I had to stop and give them my credit card and everything else. I'm one of those people the least amount of people I have to talk to the better. And I had my stuff all packed because I had picked my room and it said I could go straight to my room. So I had to unpack my stuff to get to my credit card and my ID. The rooms can use a little of this and the little of that for touch-ups but besides that the rooms were nice and clean. They are an airport hotel at least that's what they said they were we did not utilize that part. But most hotel airports have grab and go meals prior to them starting regular meals and that was not at this location. It wasn't anything big to us but I do know other people do look for that.
Exceptional service observing and immersing in their environment and community. They demonstrate a genuine down-to-earth attitude and provide excellent treatment. Very comfortable hotel near Houston George Bush Intercontinental Airport. I do not insist the room rate is very good for Texas. But the facility is very well maintained, clean, and comfortable. The room is also large, clean and relaxing. As it is located very near from the IAH airport, I thought it could be a typical airport hotel or something good for a business trip traveler. But I changed my mind. I can enjoy stays at this hotel with my family.
We needed a space to host a business meeting and Syeda R. was very kind & accommodating. I appreciated her assistance as well as the young man who assisted us the day of. We look forward to planning again in the near future. Thanks again, Foundation Layers
We had a pleasant 1 night stay. The hotel wasn't completely booked. We had what seemed to be a newly remodeled room. New carpet, though it did seem a bit sticky for some reason. Hardwood/Vinyl bathroom floors were nice. The free beakfast was the cherry on top.
The customer service was great! Everyone behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. I did have some issues with my room. The remote didn't work at all and there was little to no water pressure in the shower. The breakfast options were nice. Overall I'd give it a 7/10
Check in was fast and easy with the app. Still checked in upfront anyway. Same speed. I was able to choose my room with the app and my room was excellent. Clean and tidy. Name was displayed across the TV upon entry. A/C was cold. Room was absolutely massive, all it was missing was a kitchenette. Breakfast was a little messy but the food was great. Juice and milks available. No need for checkout when you can do it on the app. Will return!
Broken door, front desk manager is nice, but the dude (seems the owner) was not. Checked in, the first room 219 restroom door is broken, no hot water, he switched us to 319, no hot water also. Finally settled down in room 218.
